Last event for 2020:
What does Brexit mean for business with trade expert David Henig
Online: Thursday 3rd December 2020 14:00

This was a member only event and part of the CIPR Brexit series.

For our final 2020 CIPR Corporate & Financial lunch time event, CIPR hosted this member only event on Thursday 3 December, 14:00 – 15:00 with trade expert, David Henig via Zoom.  The recording of this meeting can soon be viewed in the CPD section of this website and is worth 5 CPD points.

David is one of the UK’s leading authorities on trade policy. He is Director of the UK Trade Policy Project at the think-tank European Centre for International Political Economy. He regularly discusses trade issues in the media, and advises global business on the implications. He previously worked for the UK Government on EU-US trade negotiations and China-US issues.

David talked about the current state of play on EU-UK negotiations, what outcomes business and Britain will face and some top-level implications for financial services.

"I thought David was excellent and that was one of the best lunch time talks we have had. Really interesting.  Many thanks for organising."
