The CIPR website and back-office system will be undergoing scheduled maintenance from Monday 11 until Friday 15 December.
 
This is an essential upgrade and part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with an even more seamless and efficient online experience. During this time the following will be unavailable or require alternative routes to access: 

  • Signing into the website, MyCIPR and MyCPD
  • Accessing member-only resources and content
  • Logging CPD activities 
  • Registering for events 
  • Joining the CIPR 
  • Updating your account details or downloading certificates, invoices or receipts 
Please refer to the dedicated sections below for alternative ways to access our services. 

 

Training

During our scheduled downtime, we have ensured that access to our training services remains available through alternate channels. 

Booking an open or third-party course 
Want to upskill or refine your expertise? You can book onto our open or third-party training courses by downloading our booking form and returning the completed copy to training@cipr.co.uk.  A booking confirmation will be sent after our system is up and running in a few days.  

View the full list of CIPR training on offer on our dedicated training webpage.  Once you have completed our booking form, card payments can be organised over the phone, simply call us on +44 (0)20 7631 6900 (option 3) once your booking has been confirmed.

Booking in-house training
For personalised in-house training, email bespoke@cipr.co.uk  specifying the course of interest or the skills you aim to develop.   

On-demand training

Membership

Joining the CIPR and booking a Chartership assessment  

For those who are interested in joining the CIPR community or current members looking to elevate their professional status, we have put the following processes in place for you:   

Join the CIPR
If you’re considering joining the CIPR, you can do so using the following expression of interest form

If you’re interested in attending one of our online Chartership Assessments please email us at membership@cipr.co.uk with your:

Payment and invoicing

Membership renewals
If your membership is up for renewal, we will have contacted you already. If you need to make a payment, you can call our finance team on +44 (0)207 631 6900 and select Option 2. You will not be able to log in to your account to make a payment during the scheduled downtime.

Payments and receipts for events or training

If you need to make a payment to book onto an event or training, you can call our finance team on +44 (0)207 631 6900 and select Option 2. You will not be able to log in to your account to make a payment during the scheduled downtime.

To check a payment
Our team will be able to view and confirm payment details on our system. You can reach us directly at +44 (0)207 631 6900.

For recent payments
We will apply any payments received during the downtime towards the end of the week commencing 18 December 2023 and receipts will be available shortly after.
No amendments can be made to invoices, and we won’t be able to generate any new ones or provide receipts.

To amend a direct debit payment
We will not be able to amend or cancel any direct debit payments during this period. No direct debits are due to be collected during the downtime. 

CPD

In Progress/Draft CPD Submissions
At 5.00pm on Friday 8th December all In Progress/Draft CPD submissions will be cleared in preparation for our scheduled website maintenance. We strongly encourage  members to submit their draft CPD entries before that time, or they will be permanently erased. Please also ensure that any new submissions you create are submitted by 5.00pm on 8th December or they will be lost.

CPD 75 points challenge
Taking part in the CPD 75 points challenge ? We've extended the deadline, so you can now log 75 CPD points by midnight Friday 22 December 2023 and you will receive a digital badge and certificate for completing the challenge. Please remember to download the resources you need to do your CPD before the 11 December as you will not be able to log in to access these during the website maintenance period.

Qualifications 

During the downtime, you can register your interest in taking a CIPR qualification using our online form

Group events & volunteering information

Our volunteers and group events play a crucial role in the CIPR community, and we’re dedicated to ensuring events and gatherings can continue smoothly during this scheduled downtime.

Book onto a group event
To book your place on a group event, please download this dedicated booking form and email the completed version to volunteersupport@cipr.co.uk. Once our platform is fully updated, our team will process these bookings manually. 

Group Admin features 
During the enhancement phase, you will not be able to access the Group Admin features you may use as a CIPR volunteer with admin status. We recommend logging into your group admin area before close of play on Friday 8 December to obtain any essential information, such as registration lists for upcoming events. 

While direct access will be limited, our staff will retain view-only rights to group admin areas. So, should you require any information, don’t hesitate to ask us and we can check for you.
