define what applied creativity means in the public relations and communications sector
recognise how creativity adds value and improves outcomes
look at successful examples of creative PR, and learn from others
learn how to ‘sell’ a creative idea, internally and externally
learn more creative ways of thinking, to solve problems
learn new techniques to expand ideas generation skills
