Twice baked Montgomery Cheddar cheese soufflé - Smoked chicken, leek and tarragon cream
Vegetarian & vegan option:
Stuffed piquillo pepper - smoked vegetable and tahini paté
Main Course: Sorrel crusted Canon of Lamb - Wilted spinach and roast celeriac, dauphinoise potato, minted lamb jus
Vegetarian & vegan option:
Tomato and aubergine “Schnitzel” - Crushed new potato, summer vegetable cocottes, white radish, tomato and tarragon fondue
Dessert: Strawberry chocolate Rocher (vegan) with Elderflower sorbet

Ticket prices include an exceptional three course meal, a sparkling awards ceremony, half a bottle of house wine and soft drinks as well as plenty of entertainment.

Tables are assigned to guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
