An incredibly strong entry. This is a large budget campaign but it has spent the budget wisely. Good entry - wellbeing is a tricky balance. This was a well-researched and executed piece of work and the results speak for themselves. Really sound strategy - tying business objectives and what motivates staff to wellbeing - and SMART objectives. Loved the way CPD linked to CSR, and that this resulted in retention and promotion.

The panel was impressed with the quick and enthusiastic way that Calhan has integrated himself into the PR profession having moved into a new sector. His passion for learning development shone through in the interview and were impressed that someone so new into PR has already taken on a mentoring role for new graduates into the company, passing on his journalistic insight to others. The panel was also impressed with how we supported one of his clients in the care sector during the pandemic, helping them to provide essential advice and information to the families of patients.

Equinox's entry was impressive - it demonstrated the agency's outstanding performance during one of the most challenging trading periods in living memory, without losing sight of its heritage.
