Educational support

Iprovision’s New Education and Career Development Fund
To replace the 75 Fund, Iprovision’s Trustees have created an annual education fund of £10,000.
Members of the CIPR, including student members, unable to self-fund their training and qualification needs, can apply to Iprovision for support from the education fund to help advance their career. For example, Iprovision can help towards the costs associated with:

  • Short-term training or longer-term education
  • Books and publications
  • Accessing online resources

To qualify, applicants will need to have been members of the CIPR for at least six months and be applying to study in the UK. The fund is aimed primarily at UK members of the CIPR and is limited to £10,000 a year.  Applicants to this fund also need to be able to demonstrate and be committed to the CIPR’s Continuing Professional Development scheme.
Of course, Iprovision’s main fund may also make grants to help members suffering severe financial hardship access training or coaching that can help them find re-employment or freelance work. Applicants for financial support from our main fund must be receiving, or in the process of applying for, all the state benefit support for which they may be eligible.
Iprovision’s Trustees remain committed to supporting a more diverse PR community and educational initiatives aimed at widening access to professional qualifications and training in PR.
