Module 6: Collaborative and practical problem solving

This module teaches you how to make better decisions by structuring thinking, clarifying roles, and stress testing options.  It shows practical tools like RACI, scenario planning, and decision checklists to improve collaboration and decision quality under pressure.

Once you register, you'll have access to the course for six months.  You'll receive a reminder one month before your access expires.

Module 6 take between 20–30 minutes to complete.

On completion, you can log 1 CPD point.
