Navigating a new business – Steve Erdal, Wordnerds

CIPR North East, Breakfast, Wordnerds, Steve Erdal, business start up, setting up a busiess, developing a brand identity, AI

Is there a secret ingredient to launching a successful business in the North East nowadays?

What do we need to know to get started? What’s the best way to get a new name out there in the early days?

How do you keep the momentum going once the ‘Honeymoon period’ is over?

In 2016, Steve Erdal and Pete Daykin founded one of the North East’s most exciting and pioneering tech businesses – Wordnerds – a company that has built AI software to provide a deep analysis of text and language so organisations can understand what their customers and clients are really saying.

Over the years, the company has navigated a number of obstacles, milestones, and big wins. In this informal breakfast session, co-founder Steve Erdal will talk about his experience as a founder – from finding the right brand identity and name, to bringing staff and customers onboard – and answer any questions you have.

Refreshments and breakfast snacks will be available.
