  • Learn how to assess the current state of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) within your organisation through surveys and benchmarking.
  • Gain an understanding of various areas where inclusive policies and practices can be implemented to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in the workplace.
  • Understand the key components and importance of crafting an equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) statement that reflects organisational values and commitments.
  • Recognise the importance of regularly revisiting and updating inclusive policies, practices, and official EDI statements to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.
