Quentin Langley 

Quentin Langley is a PR practitioner based in New York, an academic, and an author. He is a member of CIPR's ESG Panel and the Board of the Public Relations Society of America's Tri-State District. He is a former Chair of CIPR International and of PRSA's Global Affairs Committee.

Amelie Arras

Amelie is a dynamic and multi-award winning marketing leader in fintech, blockchain, and Web3. She has been featured in Fast Company, Vice, and the BBC for her travels around the globe paying exclusively in crypto and highlighting the potential and challenges of digital finance. At Zumo, she directs sales and marketing, and is dedicated to helping financial institutions launch digital asset and cryptocurrency propositions while integrating net-zero principles.

 

 

Nadia Benaissa

Nadia Benaissa is a seasoned marketing expert with over 20 years of experience in payments, banking, and fintech. As the Global Head of Marketing at Paymentology, she leads the company's expansion across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.
 
Throughout her career, Nadia has embraced the challenge of building and growing fintech brands from the ground up. Utilizing agile marketing practices and a business mindset, she applies tailored frameworks that drive growth and revenue.
 
An active member of the fintech ecosystem, Nadia serves as a board member of the MENA Fintech Association, where she helped grow the community and found working groups with a focus on Sustainability, Fintech Marketing, Payments among others. Nadia also mentors several fintechs and aspiring marketing leaders.
 
Before joining Paymentology, Nadia was the Marketing Director at BPC where she led sustainability initiatives. She served as the Global Chief Marketing Officer at Germany's digital fintech and bank, Fidor, which was later acquired by BPCE Group. She spent over nine years at CR2 (now part of HPS), an Irish-headquartered omnichannel banking company, leading their communications and marketing strategy across emerging markets. She began her career in France at AEMS, a joint venture between Euronext and Atos promoting ‘exchange as a service’, where she helped establish the global corporate communications and marketing department before the organization was acquired by NYSE Technologies.

 

Emma Kisby

Emma is the European CEO of Cogo, a green FinTech business that specialises in creating personalised carbon footprints for individuals and small businesses. Cogo’s solutions analyse spend-based data and combine with sustainability data to provide personalised insights to banking customers helping them measure, understand and reduce their carbon emissions.

She is an experienced business leader who has spent her career helping many FTSE 100 businesses to transform their customer data and behavioural science into commercial value, including being one of the founding team of i2c - a data analytics business set up for Sainsbury’s in 2012.

While working for the Virgin Group, she identified her personal purpose for using data4good. This led to a shift in career focus, to use data and behavioural science to develop and scale tools to help tackle the climate crisis.

 

Katy Zack

Katy is head of sustainability at a startup bank, driving the company’s sustainability agenda and overseeing environmental, social and governance (ESG) risk management. Prior to this, Katy was the Advocacy Lead for Sustainable Fashion at the UN Environment Programme, co-authoring the Sustainable Fashion Communication Playbook, a first-of-its-kind guide to align communications towards supporting climate targets and sustainability goals. She was also an organiser of Tech Zero, a group of 300+ tech companies working together to reach climate goals faster. Previously, Katy spent 15 years as a communications leader, helping over 100 tech companies and digital innovators build their reputations and drive momentum.
