CIPR Town Hall Event

CIPR Town Hall Event

Launching for 2022 are our new Town Hall events to be hosted by CIPR President Rachel Roberts together with a guest speaker.  These are CIPR member only events which will be hosted each quarter and have been  created to enable members to hear about CIPR events and activities set to launch, plus your chance to feed in your ideas and question the CIPR President.  At each event we’ll be joined by a special guest speaker and we’re delighted for our first event in January we’ll be joined by BBC correspondent Phil Mackie.

Phil is one of a number of BBC network broadcast journalists who can be regularly seen or heard on BBC national TV programmes at Breakfast, One o’clock, Six o’clock and Ten o’clock news, or on Radio 2, 4 and 5Live  and most recently covered the heart breaking court case following the death of Arthur Labinjo-Hughes.

Phil will join us to share his experiences as a Network correspondent coping with the demands working within a 24/7 news operation, keeping on top of so many different stories and examples of how PR professionals help to deliver important news stories, together with tips to help PRs get our message across.

If you have any questions for Phil or CIPR Preside Rachel Roberts, please email them to [email protected].
