Our popular Open House event, where we open the floor to our members, will return on Monday, 28th October at 1.00pm BST. 

During this session, we will launch our second publication: 'Crisis Communication and Social Media Guide'. The guide offers advice on how to prepare for and handle crisis communication on social media. It also includes recommendations for further reading and links to available training and qualifications. By signing up for this event, you’ll receive an exclusive copy of the guide prior to the publication date.

During this session, we’re keen to hear your thoughts and reflections on handling crisis communications on social media. This is an informal session where we encourage you to come along and share your thoughts, comments, points of view, experiences, and any questions you may have.

The session will be moderated by the Network’s event manager, Felix Östman, and the Network’s Co-Chair Katherine Sykes. Attendees will earn 5 CPD points.
