This course will show you how to achieve win-win results through positive influencing and effective negotiation. You’ll learn how to communicate persuasively, build trust, and use proven negotiation models and frameworks. The course demonstrates how positive influencing underpins successful negotiations and helps you maintain strong, constructive relationships, even in challenging situations.

  • Close negotiations successfully while preserving and strengthening relationships
  • Elicit information and identify underlying interests through positive engagement
  • Handle difficult negotiations using de-escalation, reframing, and collaborative problem-solving
  • Recognise and adapt to different influencing and negotiation styles, including cultural considerations
