Each of the courses run over 2 days and can be taken individually or put towards the ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management. To achieve the ILM Level 5 Award, delegates need to complete the core module ‘Organisational Leadership Skills’ and one further course from the list below. Please note that you will be required to complete two written assessments to pass the qualification.
