USE THIS OPTION to pay for Late Entries if you are entering after the standard closing date. This option is only available between: 10am on 25 May, to 9.59am on 1 June. EXTENDED DEADLINE - Late entries will be accepted up to 9.59am on Monday 15 June.

- Medium Agency of the Year
- Large Agency of the Year

DO NOT USE THIS OPTION to enter any of the following:
Third Sector Campaign category (which is a different price)
Hamp Hamilton Young Communicator Award (which is free)
Ian Coldwell Lifetime Contribution Award (which is free).

PRICING:
Early Bird Rate: £150 + VAT. From 11 May 2026, to 9.59am on 18 May.
Standard Rate: £175 + VAT. From 10am on 18 May 2026, to 9.59am on 25 May.
Late Entries: £200 + VAT. From 10am on 25 May, to 9.59am on 1 June. EXTENDED DEADLINE - Late entries accepted up to 9.59am on Monday 15 June.

HOW TO PAY:
1. Enter the total number of entries you wish to pay for, even if they are spread across different categories (except the Third Sector category, as noted above there is a separate option for this on the regional awards shop homepage).
2. Click on 'Add to Cart'.
3. Click on 'Proceed to checkout' to pay, or 'Continue Shopping' to return to the shop homepage add more products to your cart.
4. Make your card payment.

**Please note that payment is by card only.**

Once you have completed your purchase, you will see an Order Confirmation number on screen. Please note that you will need this reference when submitting your entry/entries for the CIPR Scotland Awards.

We will also email it to you. Please look out for the following emails from us:

1. Confirmation of order email. (You can also find your payment receipt in your MyCIPR account.)
2. Next steps email - including details of how to upload your entry, now you have paid your entry fee.
