Caroline Rae is an executive coach and career strategist working with ambitious professionals worldwide. Her coaching is grounded in psychology, neuroscience and relational approaches and draws on her skills as a senior leader and founder. Caroline has held a number of leadership and senior executive roles throughout a rewarding and varied sales and marketing career, including Cabinet Office and Tech City UK where she was a co-founder.
Leona is a Registered Occupational Psychologist and chartered member of the British Psychological Society. Working as a business consultant since 1998, she has successfully designed and delivered change programmes for organisations such as the NHS, O2, Kuwait Oil Company, Trinity Mirror, Atkins, Argos, the Ministry of Defence and a range of SMEs. As an experienced consultant and coach, she is keen to help business professionals understand how psychology can help them to achieve their goals.
