boost your employability

With the pandemic impacting businesses across all sectors, a recent CIPR member survey found nearly half of respondents were looking for a new job or would be very soon.

The new CIPR Employability Support Hub will support you through the next stage of the pandemic. Whether you find yourself out of work or looking for a change of role, the Hub provides information and resources to help you take control of your career.

The Hub also offers advice to help you protect your mental health and wellbeing - particularly at the stressful time of redundancy or job insecurity. Research by the CIPR Health Group has highlighted the negative impact that the pandemic has had on the mental health of practitioners, so we've signposted CIPR and other resources to help you get your emotional wellbeing back on track.

Let's look out for one and other. If you would like to suggest a piece of content for this hub that other CIPR members could find helpful, email sarahi@cipr.co.uk.
